No webinar or video yet?
The math: if your program costs €1,000, two sales a year pay for the whole first year on Webinar, paid yearly (€1,490, no setup fee).
Both start with a free account: on the next page you pick Free, Video or Webinar, and you upgrade inside when you want me to build it. Paid yearly: no setup fee, ever. Paid monthly: a one-time setup of €497. For my first 5 clients: I write your webinar or video script free (normally €490), in exchange for a case study. No VAT is added.
What the same setup costs elsewhere
The tools coaches usually combine for an evergreen webinar funnel. Their prices are for the software only.
The Sales Motor price is the yearly plan, with no setup fee. On monthly billing it's €179/month plus a one-time €497 setup. The other tools' prices don't include your own time to build it. Prices in US dollars, annual billing, as listed on each tool's pricing page in October 2026. They change; check before you buy.

Who builds it
I'm Sebastian Tudor. I grew up in a village with no running water and no asphalt. Then I became an engineer, and for 15 years I built machines that run on their own. Robot welding lines, then sorting systems for airports and warehouses. One question every time. Does it keep going when nobody is standing next to it?

Yes, if you already sell a program, coaching or training, on calls, live webinars or at events. It also fits consultants, course creators and workshop organisers. It pays off best when what you sell costs €500 or more. No, if you don't have something to sell yet, or you want someone to run ads and promise you clients.
I don't have a webinar or video yet.
Most coaches don't. After our call I send you a simple outline, and you record it on your phone or on Zoom. Want more help? I write the full script for €490, or we film and edit it together in Amsterdam for €990.
Webinar or Video?
Webinar if your offer needs explaining and people like to watch at a set time. Video if people get it fast and you want them to see the offer right away. Not sure? We decide together on the call.
I paid for a funnel before and it didn't work.
That's common. Often the pages were a template and the message wasn't clear. I write every page and email for your offer myself. And you can see how I think before you pay anything: send me your signup page and I'll tell you three things I'd change. Free.
Can I see one working?
Yes. Sign up at invest1hour.com, my own investing program, in English. You'll get the same kind of reminders, replay and follow-up emails your clients would, for about 10 days. You can unsubscribe anytime.
Do you bring me clients?
No. You bring the people. I build the path that explains your offer, follows up, and gives them a clear next step: buy or book a call.
What does it run on?
Systeme.io, under the name The Sales Motor. You could buy it yourself for about $47 a month. Then the writing, the building, the testing and the fixing are yours. With me, that's what you pay for, and the platform comes with it.
Is it mine?
Your domain, your Stripe and your contacts are yours. Everything I build stays in your account, shows only your brand with no "built with" badge, and you can download your contacts any time. If you stop paying, your account stays open on the free plan, with its limits.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, until our kickoff call, within 30 days of paying. After the call I start building, so there's no refund. You can still stop it from renewing any time.
Can I stop?
Yes, any time. You keep it until the end of the month or year you paid for.
